The spot
A small harbor on the Miaoli coast at Zhunan with a landmark white pedestrian bridge and a beach running north under a line of wind turbines. The breakwater and the bridge face west over the strait, and the sun sets into the sea with the turbines in silhouette along the shore.
There is a small seafood market; the beach to the north is where people walk while the light changes.
