The spot
The northernmost point of Taiwan, marked by a black-and-white striped lighthouse on a low headland of wind-carved rock. A boardwalk runs out to it from Fuji Fishing Port. With sea on three sides, the sun sets over the water to the west with the lighthouse and the rocks in silhouette, and the wind here is a constant.
Baishawan is the next bay along, so the two are easily done together.
